Brain Injury Identity Card
Our brain injury identity card is a Brí membership card that has a photograph of the person with a brain injury on the front along with their contact information. On the back of the card is a statement saying –
“I am a survivor of a brain injury, I have problems which are not apparent. Your help and patience would be appreciated”
This card has benefited members in the past if they have trouble explaining things or if they have speech difficulties. Read more & register for a card here
